How can I make a reservation?

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client up to 72 hours before the rental: 50% refund of the paid amount.
Cancellation by the Client after the 72-hour period before the rental: no refund of the paid amount.
Cancellation by the company due to mechanical failure or weather conditions preventing the departure: full refund of the paid amount.
Additional Terms & Information
1. The Client who rents the vessel will be responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental period.
2. The Client agrees to sign a Liability Term regarding the rental they request and the actions of the people traveling with them.
3. The Client and other passengers are prohibited from boarding the vessel under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other narcotic substances.
4. The **Client** should be aware that smoking is not permitted aboard most vessels. Depending on the type of boat requested, smoking may be allowed only in the outdoor area.
5. The Client and other passengers are required to remove their footwear before boarding the vessel.
6. The Client is responsible for the proper supervision and care of minors aboard.
7. Edyachts is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the rental period.
8. Diving while the vessel is in motion is prohibited. Diving will only be allowed after authorization from the crew.
9. Pets are not allowed aboard.
10. The Client is not permitted to bring food or drinks aboard. Edyachts provides this additional service.
11. Only the number of passengers previously informed by the **Client** in the reservation will be allowed aboard, and it must be within the maximum capacity of the respective vessel.
12. The Client should notify Edyachts in advance if the itinerary needs to be altered to pick up a group member at a location other than the designated embarkation point.
